At its core, the Vulcan+ features 30mm LC1600 refractory slabs, layered with 128kg ceramic insulation and FireBatt mineral wool, all sitting on a 25mm Skamotec board. This advanced thermal system allows the oven to reach temperature efficiently and, crucially, hold heat for extended periods without the need to re-light, making it ideal for long services and busy cooking sessions.

The premium tiled cooking surface ensures even heat distribution across the floor, while the ¼-turn locking door adds an extra level of safety. Finished in heat-resistant powder coating and supported by Inferno’s extensive range of covers and accessories, the Vulcan+ is built to perform and look exceptional for years to come.

Capable of cooking up to five 10-inch pizzas or four 12-inch pizzas at once, the Inferno Vulcan+ delivers true commercial-grade output. Each oven is made to order and includes a free custom laser-cut name on the front (up to 8 characters), giving every Vulcan+ a unique finishing touch.
