The Inferno Apollo Pizza Oven is built for those who need serious cooking capacity, extreme heat retention, and fast recovery in a wood-fired oven. Designed and manufactured in the UK, the Apollo sits at the top of the Inferno range, combining heavy-duty construction with the space and thermal performance required for high-output cooking.

With a large internal cooking area, the Apollo can cook three 10-inch pizzas or two 12-inch pizzas per batch, making it ideal for entertaining, events, and light commercial use. Its fully insulated body and premium refractory base are engineered to withstand intense temperatures while retaining heat for consistent, repeatable results during busy cooking sessions.

Fast heat recovery allows you to cook back-to-back pizzas without temperature drop, while the premium tiled cooking surface ensures even heat distribution across the floor. Available in multiple hard-wearing colour finishes, the Inferno Apollo blends robust British engineering with a refined, professional appearance.

1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:
  • United Kingdom (mainland)
  • Northern Ireland, Highlands, Islands & Channel Islands (surcharges may apply)

2. Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Some items may ship directly from our suppliers or manufacturers to ensure the fastest delivery time.
If an item is out of stock or delayed, we will notify you immediately.

3. Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on the product type:

Standard-Sized Items

(e.g., tools, accessories)
  • 2–5 business days

Heavy or Large Items

(e.g., pizza ovens, BBQ grills, outdoor kitchens)
  • 3–10 business days

Made-to-order or premium imported items

  • Delivered within the timeframe provided on the product page

4. Delivery Method

Most large or heavy items are shipped via:

  • Require someone to be present for delivery
  • Deliver to the nearest accessible point

5. Shipping Costs

Free Shipping

Many of our ovens and large items include free UK mainland delivery.
This will be clearly shown on the product page.

Additional Charges May Apply For:

  • Remote or hard-to-access locations
We will notify you of any additional charges before dispatch.

6. Failed Deliveries / Missed Appointments

If a delivery attempt is missed due to customer unavailability:
  • A redelivery fee may apply
  • The courier may hold the order until redelivery is arranged
Please ensure someone is present on the arranged date.

7. Damages During Delivery

We take great care in packaging and shipping our products.
If your item arrives damaged:
  1. Take photos of the packaging and the product
  2. Do NOT assemble or use the item
  3. Report it within 48 hours to contact@hearthbornoutdoor.com
We will arrange a replacement or resolution quickly.

8. Delivery Restrictions

We cannot deliver to PO Boxes or BFPO addresses due to size and courier limitations.
Some extremely heavy items may require:
  • Flat, solid ground
  • Vehicle access
  • No narrow gates, steep paths or obstacles

9. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive:
  • A tracking number (where available)
  • Courier information
  • Delivery updates
Some pallet deliveries may have limited tracking.
